Hi! I'm Dayana
I'm the founder and creatrix of Her Wholly Wisdom. I'm a dedicated Womb Rites Facilitator & Medicine Woman, guiding women on a journey to reconnect with their bodies and rediscover the wisdom within their wombs.
As a Pelvic Care Practitioner, I draw upon a diverse range of skills and modalities to create deeply transformative experiences. I have been an Intuitive Coach for 5+ years, I'm a Practitioner of Emotional and Energetic Healing, a Cacao Ceremonialist, Reiki Master, and I have immersed into the Mystic and Shamanic Arts. I also hold a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. And currently, I am expanding my knowledge as I train to become an ORIGIN Pelvic Care Practitioner.
My path into the Womb lineage and the Mystic Arts began after I experienced pregnancy loss. My daughter Mia, was born sleeping and through my grief I found a lot of respite as I found my purpose to someday helping women that have undergone pregnancy loss. I began a healing journey with my womb and that led me here.
My background and life experiences uniquely help me to hold sacred, ceremonial spaces where women can thrive, heal, and remember their true essence. I am devoted in supporting women’s rites of passage and seasons, and offering safe, empowering environments for transformation and self-discovery.

FAQs
I’ve tried other self-help or healing programs before. What sets this one apart from others in terms of approach, support, and results? This goes to the pace of woman, meaning, it is a slow transformative journey that will allow you to deeply connect to your body and yourself as a woman. This is not a "quick fix", "I'm going to b healed at the end" type of program. This is you learning the practices that are needed to reconnect back to your power. What you do with those practices day in and day out is up to you. Coming to relationship with your body slow and steady, it requires devotion and a commitment to yourself.
When will the LIVE sessions be? Each week we'll meet at 2PM EST. This is tentative because I want to first get to know the group of women and where they are tuning in from. If changes need to be made, I will let you all know.
What exactly will I be doing in the 12 weeks? You will be learning how to tend to your body through hands-on practices and embodiment practices. You will also be learning about the different areas of your body that you will be touching in order to create more connection with them.
How much time will I need to dedicate each week? Honestly, just the hour will be enough. But if you want to take it further, you can do 5 min a day outside of our calls. which equals to 80 min a week!
What happens if I can’t attend a live call or miss a week? Calls will be recorded and will be accessible for you to replay the lessons whenever!
How will I know if I’m ready for this program? Honestly, the only one that can answer that question is you. But... are you willing to show up everyday even if it's just for 5 min for you to be connected to yourself? If so, then you are ready. Also, how do you feel when you think about this program? I want to share something with you. A story that continues to unfold in my life, a story that led me to the creation of The
Held Woman.
It wasn’t that long ago that I found myself in a place I hadn’t expected to be, lost, confused, unsure of where to turn. A
breakup had just shaken me to my core, and I felt displaced, as though I didn’t belong anywhere, not in my life, not in my
body. In those moments of deep turmoil, I wanted to run. I wanted to escape, to find shelter somewhere outside of myself.
But there was something different this time...
Instead of running away, I chose to turn inward. I chose to find shelter within myself.
I began by reconnecting with the most sacred part of me, my body. I remember feeling the weight of my bones as I sat in
stillness, breathing deeply. For so long, I had overlooked the wisdom they were holding, the strength they were offering.
But I needed them to hold me now. I needed to reconnect to the bones that had carried me through all of life’s challenges.
And so, I started there. Every day, I held my bones, physically and energetically, I felt them. I spent weeks touching them,
breathing into them, sitting with the quiet strength they offered me. It was in this place of stillness that I began to
remember.
I remembered that my bones were my foundation.
I remembered that within them lies the structure that holds my entire being.
I remembered that when I trust them, I am never alone, never unheld.
This was the beginning of my return. Slowly, piece by piece, bone by bone, I started to build the home that had always been
there for me. My body had never abandoned me. I had simply forgotten how to listen, how to trust.
What I uncovered through this process is something I want to share with you, when a woman is in relationship with her
body, when she’s in tune with her bones, her tissues, and her entire being, she can create a deep sense of peace, harmony,
and safety within herself. Her body becomes a sanctuary, a place of unconditional love and healing.
In this program, THE HELD WOMAN, I’m inviting you to experience that same return, to feel your bones, honor them,
and create a home within yourself. This is not just a program; it’s a reclamation of the relationship with your body, the one
that has always been waiting for you to come home.
